Ernestine Meschke 1915-2010

Waterville--Ernestine Meschke, age 94, of Morristown, Died on Tuesday, March 2, 2010, at Oaklawn Health Care Center in Mankato.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Morristown. Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until the time of the services Friday at the church. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Morristown. Prosch-Dennis Funeral Home of Waterville is handling arrangements.

Born on April 24, 1915, in Meriden, She was the daughter of Ernest and Elizabeth (Schroeder) Woker. She married Donald Albert Meschke on April 24, 1935. Together they worked as custodians at Morristown School for many years, and she also worked as a bookkeeper for the Blooming Grove Creamery. She was a member of Bethlehen Lutheran Church and the Ladies Aid as well as the American Legion Auxiliary, all of Morristown.

She is survived by three daughters, Shirley Zimprich of Elysian, Virginia Rasmussen of Springbrook, Wis., and Patricia Dolen of Crossville, Tenn.; 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
