Summary of Bequests

After all debts are paid, to Christina all the profits of the plantation on which they live; that she have the use of his negro woman Grace and her daughter Letty during her lifetime; that she has the use of the household and furniture until her death; and that she have a horse that she may choose. Upon her death, all things will be divided among his heirs.

The remainder of the estate shall be divided among his living children and grandchildren except his daughter Hannah Rose shall receive 50 cents and his grandson Wiatt Perry shall receive 50 cents.

To the other grandchildren one-eighth of the estate.
