Fritze, Eugene M. "Gene"
age 88, of Golden Valley, passed away peacefully on a/22/15 surrounded by family.
Preceded in death by parents, Mildred and Max Fritze; sister-in-law Mickey Fritze; and brother-in-law, Robert Restad. Survived by loving wife of 48 years, Sally; daughters Heather (Mark) Scherer, Lianne (Charlie) Pfeffer and Christine (Park) Learned; grandchildren, Jacqueline, Nicole, Andrew, Tyler, Francesca, Lauren, Claudia, and Olivia, brother, Ken (Joan) Fritze; sisters, Joyce (Ian) Gaal and Gloria (Chuck) Hillestad; many nieces and nephews.
Gene loved traveling and cherished spending time with his family and friends, and was employed at General Mills for 36 years.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the American Heart Association or donor's choice. Memorial service Sat. 1/31/15 at 11:00 AM with visitation one hour prior at Spirit of Hope United Methodist Church, 7600 Harold Ave, Golden Valley.
