Betty F. Crall

Betty F. Crall, 90, of Northumberland died Saturday, January 12, 2019 in Nottingham Village. She was the wife of the late Rev. Lloyd H. Crall who died in 2014. They were married on June 24, 1951.

Born in Baltimore, MD on August 31, 1928, she grew up in the Lahr and Fritze Floral business on its property, among parents, Norman Francis Fritze and Irma Uhl Fritze, grandparents Frank and Christine (Zimmerman) Fritze and aunt and uncle, Martin and Emma (Zimmerman) Lohr.

Betty graduated from Wesley Junior College in Dover, DE and worked as a secretary at California State College (PA) and in public mental health services. A soprano soloist, her favorites were pieces from Handel's Messiah, O Holy Night, and I Walked Today Where Jesus Walked.

Surviving is a son Rev. Robert L. Crall (Marsha) of Las Vegas, NV, two daughters Patricia Anne (Michael) McDevitt of Danville, Barbara Lynn (John) Gebhard of Lancaster; 4 grandchildren Dr. Timothy Crall, Dr. Pamela Landsteiner, Mathew Savage (Megan), Michael Gebhard (Angelique); 10 great-grandchildren ellie, Bram, and Leah Crall, Rachel, Benjamin, Abbey, and Rebekah Landsteiner, Ivy, Damian and Delia Savage. She was recently preceded in death by a grandson-in-law Jacob J. Landsteiner whom she adored.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday at 10:30 AM at Christ Presbyterian Church, 1300 W. Maple Street, Lebanon, PA 17046. Interment will be in the E. C. Church Cemetery, Lititz. A viewing will be held on Saturday from 10-10:30 AM prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to her church in her memory.

Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, Annville is in charge of arrangements.
