Arlene Loraine Andreasen, age 77, died Sunday, September 5, 2010 at Golden Living Center in St. Charles.

Arlene was born October 10,1932 to Carl and Laura (Mundt) Schroeder in Meriden MN. She graduated from Stewartville High School in 1950 and married Norbert Andreason at St. John's Lutheran Church in Stewartville. They farmed near Chatfield and later divorced. She entered the White Water Health Care Center in 1972 and has been a resident there for 38 years.

She is survived by three sons, Steve (Leanne) of Fountain Hill, AZ; Daniel (Kathy) of Wadsworth, OH; James (Marsha) of Chatfield; four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and one on the way; sister, Millie Brandt of Rochester; brother, Lester Schroeder of Stewartville. She is preceded in death by an infant daughter and one brother.

Funeral Service will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, September 10 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Chatfield with the Reverend Preson A. Paul officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery in Stewartville. Visitation will be 1:00 p.m., until the time of the service. Memorials are preferred to Golden Living Center in St. Charles.
